Asharaj Foundation Career Institute (AFCI), Lucknow is a ‘Not for Profit (NFP)’ organization. The Institute offers following services and career related programs –
Placement Support
: Institute has a dedicated Placement team which provides placement opportunities to students from time to time. The services provided by the placement cell are free of all charges. Support includes on campus, off campus, pool campus drives and direct interviews by the companies.
Career Profiling Report
Report is based on psychometric analysis of the student and interview. It helps the parents and the students to decide the best fit career path of the participant and training interventions required, if any.
Entrepreneurship guidance and development
Training sessions are conducted for Government sector opportunities and students are kept informed of various opportunities released by Government from time to time.
Career Awareness Program
These programmes are conducted for School students and pre UG students in order to prepare them for the right career and right streams during early stages of their education.
Mid career MDPs/QIPs/RE-Skilling program
These programmes are conducted to meet the specific needs of the corporate, Govt agencies and for retiring defence employees seeking a second career from time to time.
Internship Opportunities
Guidance sessions and support for Internship of students with and without stipend are conducted and students are mentor supported with opportunities.
