Our Training Programs
Asharaj Foundation Career Institute (AFCI), Lucknow is a ‘Not for Profit (NFP)’ organization. The Institute offers following services and career related programs –
Placement Training
Campus to Corporate training of required duration (as per the need) is custom designed in order to prepare the student for on campus, off campus and pool campus drives being conducted by recruiters. The training would include practice of Aptitude tests, Group discussions and Interviews in addition to soft skill training of UG/PG students. Training sessions are planned with flexibility to ensure least disturbance to students’ academics.
Training to Defence Aspirants
Focused training and guidance sessions are conducted to prepare the students for opportunities in defence sector e.g. Army, Navy, Airforce, Coast Guard, DRDO, BARC etc. Preparations for SSB interviews are conducted under the guidance of experienced defence officers.
Training for Government sector Jobs
Training sessions are conducted for Government sector opportunities and students are kept informed of various opportunities released by Government from time to time.
